This policy applies to our driver and carrier communications and tools, including wa.rtohio.com, driver.rtohio.com, and messages we exchange with drivers through the WhatsApp Business Platform. It is intended for the drivers and carrier personnel who work with us; it is not a consumer-facing service.

3. Information We Collect

• Contact details — driver name, mobile phone number, and email address.
• Operational data — trips, stops, pickup/delivery status, appointment and arrival/departure times, PRO/shipment references, and related notes you provide.
• Messages — the content of messages you send to or receive from us via WhatsApp or our portal, used to dispatch work and record status updates.
• Technical data — limited log information (timestamps, message identifiers, delivery status) needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

4. How We Use Information

• To send drivers their assigned trips and stop details.
• To receive and record status updates (e.g., en route, arrived, completed, delayed).
• To answer operational questions and coordinate dispatch.
• To maintain records, ensure service quality, and meet legal and safety obligations.

5. Messaging via WhatsApp

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to exchange operational messages with drivers. Messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We message only individuals who have an operational relationship with us and who have opted in to receive messages. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us using the details below.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the service:

• Service providers — such as Meta/WhatsApp for message delivery, and our transportation management system (Roadtex) used to manage trips.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, drivers, or the public.

7. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our operational, legal, and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

9. Your Choices

• Opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP.
• Access or correct your information, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below (subject to our recordkeeping obligations).

10. Children

Our services are intended for drivers and carrier personnel and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
